You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of Curiousozzy content may result in legal action.

7. User-Generated Content

You may post, upload, or share content on the Platform. By doing so, you grant Curiousozzy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Curiousozzy reserves the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Termination and Suspension

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Curiousozzy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If negotiations fail, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1956, with the arbitration proceedings conducted in English and the seat of arbitration in Hyderabad.
